We’ll use Box to share libraries of parts everyone will be using, as well as for teams to sync their project across computers.

Everyone should do the following:

• Warning: Don’t login to the regular box.com with Google with your g.ucla account.
• Go to https://ucla.app.box.com and log in w/UCLA. Make sure you’re connected to eduroam or UCLA wifi when first setting up your account.
• **Install the app to your computer** and login. This allows you to sync your box drive to your PC and access files directly. Box should always be available in File Explorer.

Each team should do following:

• Create a folder for your team
• Make the folder available offline
• Download the provided COTS Library and Solidworks Reference Data from our Box.
• You’re done setting up Box!
